Whether you’ve recently misplaced your debit card or you’re hoping to keep yourself from spending money, you can easily lock and unlock your debit card using our digital banking system.

Capitol View makes it easier than ever to block and unblock your debit card. Simply log into digital banking and select “Manage Debit Cards” from the menu. In our mobile app, tap the card icon to lock or unlock your debit card. On a tablet or PC, use the three vertical dots icon to lock or unlock your debit card.

Keep in mind that when you lock your debit card, it will prevent new authorizations from being approved. It will not disable previously authorized, recurring transactions such as a gym membership. If you need additional help with recurring transactions, please contact Capitol View for assistance.
