There is currently a nationwide outage impacting our core processor. As a result of this outage, members will have limited access to their debit authorizations and online access. We anticipate this outage to be resolved in the next few hours and will send an update once one is available.
Additional information:
- This outage is NOT security related.
- This outage is not related to our ongoing digital banking conversion, however it may impact the availability of our new digital banking system.
- During this outage, members may be unable to process debit card transactions above $100
