COVID-19 Resources

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges to us all. All of us at Capitol View want you to know that we are here for you. Here are several special services we’ve worked on to support members during this difficult time:

Personal Loan Support

Capitol View is offering a special, limited time offer on personal loans. Here are the details:

  • Loan maximum of $5,000 or two times your gross monthly income (whichever is lower)
  • Up to a 24 month term
  • As low as 5.99% APR (or 6.99% without automatic payments/direct deposit)
  • Payments beginning after 90 days

Contact a loan officer at caploan@capview.com or call 515-348-8350, option 4 to get started.

Free Delay-A-Pay

While there are regulatory limitations to delaying loan payments, Capitol View will offer free delay-a-pay services toward qualified loans. Keep in mind that delay-a-pay services are not automatic. Members still need to apply for a delayed payment so contact a loan officer at caploan@capview.com for additional information.

MasterCard Skip-A-Pay During May and June

Qualifying members will see a minimum payment of $0 on their May and June credit card statements. Members are welcome to continue making MasterCard payments as they are able, however this provides added flexibility for the next several months.

Free Assistance Consultations

Whether you are struggling to pay bills or would simply like to lower your payments, our loan officers are always available to look at your situation and offer not-for-profit solutions. Contact Doug or Kyle to explore solutions at caploan@capview.com or call 515-348-8350, option 4.

Economic Impact Payments

Many members are curious about when they can expect their economic relief checks from the government. We expect to see many payments over the next few weeks. However, members will need to refer to the IRS regarding when they should expect their payment.
