Capitol View was informed Friday morning of a service interruption related to online and mobile banking. This outage is impacting many institutions beyond Capitol View. We understand that this outage comes at a particularly unfortunate time amid local and national responses to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Debit cards, credit cards, and reload cards remain fully functional and have not been impacted by this outage.

Our providers are working tirelessly to restore online and mobile services as quickly as possible. However, in a recent update, we were informed services are not expected to be restored today, 3/20/20. We will continue to coordinate efforts with our service provider through the weekend until services are fully restored.

Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.
