To join Capitol View Credit Union, simply check the list below. If you, or a family member are employed by one of these groups, you are eligible to join. To start your membership, come into one of our offices and open a Share Savings Account. You can also open your account by mail, online or over the phone. Your first $25 in this account represents your share in the Credit Union. Membership enables you to use all the products and services offered at the Credit Union.

Employees of the State of Iowa; |

Employees of the State of Iowa and employees of persons who contract services with the State of Iowa; |

Employees of this credit union; |

| 4. |
Workforce Development Center employees who administer employment and training programs; |

Employees of such small employee groups as may be approved from time to time by the Superintendent; |

Including family members. Family members shall include persons in the same household, and persons related to the member by the first, second or third degree of consanguinity or affinity, including foster children, adoptive children, and such relatives of a deceased member. |
