RECENT REGULATORY MANDATED CHANGES
DUE TO REGULATION CHANGES BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE (CREDIT) CARD ACT OF 2009, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE BEING MADE AND NOTICE IS PROVIDED.
NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TERMS
Your existing balance will now be at a fixed rate equal to the current rate. As of June 10, 2010 the Annual Percentage Rate may vary quarterly and will be determined according to an index. The index is the highest prime rate charged by banks as published in the Wall Street Journal as of the last business day of each quarter. A quarter is defined as calendar quarter beginning January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The APR is equal to the index plus 4.00% on Gold Cards and 8.00% on Classic Cards. There will no longer be a minimum floor rate of 6.00% on Gold Cards and 9.00% on Classic Cards. Any increase or decrease in the APR will take effect on the first day of the following months billing cycle. Please note: Your balance owing as of June 9, 2010 will remain at the fixed rate.
Use of your card on or after June 10, 2010 will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

It's a new service to enhance your existing MasterCard. A private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your card when you shop online at participating merchants.
