When you open a share draft account at Capitol View Credit Union, you can also obtain a MasterMoney Debit Card or an automatic teller machine (ATM) card. The MasterMoney Debit card gives you access to your share savings and share draft accounts in millions of locations around the world or at any Cirrus or Shazam ATM outlet. The ATM card is limited to Cirrus and Shazam terminals. Deposits can be made at machines bearing the Shazam logo. Withdrawals, transfers or point of sale transactions can be completed almost anywhere worldwide.

We will give you up to 5 free transactions of any other type per month and then charge $1.00 per transaction plus tax above 5 to include: withdrawals, transfers, inquiries, errors.

*POS-point of sale transactions are those where you swipe your card, enter a PIN to make a purchase (and in most cases can get extra cash if you ask the merchant)
Tips on how to maximize our new fee structure:

Get cash at merchants when using your card at a POS (they’ll usually allow you extra cash)

Do inquiries and transfers on our free voice response system at 226-7997 or 1-800-879-8350 instead of at the ATM machine. Our voice response system is available 24 hours a day.

Go to Shazam Priveledged Status ATM machines and avoid any surcharge by the owner of the machine. Click here for a list of locations nearest you.
